James E. Lebo, 62, of Jefferson Boulevard, Lincoln Park, was dead on arrival of
natural causes June 21 at 7:34 p.m. in Reading Hospital. He was the husband of
Elisabeth C. (Liss) Lebo. Born in Reading, he was a son of Guy E. and Jeanne
(Long) Lebo, Womelsdorf. Lebo was employed for 25 years as a systems analyst by
GPU Corp., retiring in 1996. He was a member of Hillside Christian Church, South
Heidelberg Township. Lebo was a 1959 graduate of Wilson High School and received a
bachelor's degree in mathematics from Albright College in 1965. He is also
survived by a daughter, Britta C. (Lebo) Graff, Sinking Spring, and two sons,
James E. Jr., Falls Church, Va., and Peter S., Exton, Chester County. Other
survivors include three brothers, John and Jeffrey, both of West Lawn, and Joel,
Sinking Spring; and two grandchildren. Contributions may be made to Compassion

Services will be held at: Bean Funeral Homes, Shillington, Tuesday at 2
p.m. Rev. W. Sheldon Lee officiating. Interment will be in Fairview
Cemetery, Shillington.
